The work is increased by 8 times so the total work to be completed is [1 + 8 = 9]
A completes 1/5 work in a day [ because he completes the work in 5 days]
B completes 1/4 work in a day[ because he completes work in 4 days]
So working together A&B completes 1/5 + 1/4 = 9/20 work in one day
therefore the total increased work 9 will be completed in 20 days.
